Tea Forte is a high-end tea retailer with headquarters originally located in Concord MA. Over the past year their rapid growth necessitated a move to a larger space at 5 Mill in Maynard, MA. The new space houses their customer service and design department as well as management and accounting.
We encouraged a visit to AIS showroom and factory to explore and understand their needs and suggest product solutions. They decided on AIS Oxygen benching for their design and customer service areas, AIS casegoods for their conference and private offices, and 9to5 for their task and conference seating.
We worked closely with their architect and GC. The project was installed by our installers and finished on time and with minimal punch list.
I had the pleasure of working with Dick and Jessie for our recent office relocation. When we decided to upgrade our furniture, one of the sales agents from an office furniture company steered me to Legacy Office Solutions, and that suggestion was probably my saving grace with this project. Through endless changes to both the office design and the furniture, Dick was patient, cheerful and incredibly responsive to me with my questions and our architect. Dick made us feel like there was no higher priority project in his portfolio and our office looks amazing. I’ve already recommended Legacy Office Solutions to several other people who are exploring new furniture options, and while I hope never to build an office from scratch again, I would not do a project without the team from Legacy. They were fantastic.
