Re-locate and Re-imagine

We helped Saylent, our Financial Software Development client, relocate from Franklin, MA to Backbay.  They have worked very hard to bring their business to a new level and wanted a great new space to kick-off this chapter.  Knowing their preferences from previous projects allowed us to hit the ground running.  We captured these pictures as the installers finished their work.

Private Offices:

Saylent’s Executives appreciate the sleek lines and textured laminate of AIS Compete Studio for their private offices.

36 AIS Oxygen benching stations:

Saylent choose tackable dividers, dual monitor arms, and mobile box/file pedestals topped with a *cushion.

*Cushioned mobile pedestals are a trend that allows for impromptu seating without adding chairs that may go un-utilized for a majority of the time.  Dual function furniture saves space and room in the budget.

Kitchen:

We love the kitchen in this space.  The warm atmosphere has yellow accent paint, fun tiles on the backsplash, and down this custom, mobile meeting table.  Many of our clients love this versatile table where mobility allows for re-configuring the kitchen to accommodate different events.

Modern Property Management

A few years ago JLL asked us to help with a client of theirs.  Since that initial meeting we have done a number of projects with them and now have the pleasure to work for them directly on their new office space.

We used 9to5 Seating throughout the space.  Specifically the Vault task chair and Bella side chairs.

12 AIS Compete Select office suites with a modern look using 2 different laminate finishes for the desktop and storage.

This peninsula top (shown below) gives an open feel to this office.

7 AIS Divi workstations including tack board, shelf, file/file pedestal and box/box/file pedestal.
